We’re currently hiring for the following positions:
Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Starting at $16/hr – Up to $18/hr + Benefits!
As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals live more independent, fulfilling lives.
This hands-on role is perfect for patient, compassionate individuals who want to make a positive impact every day.
What You'll Do as a DSP:
Support & care for individuals with disabilities
Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and meals
- Help individuals achieve personal goals & engage in the community
- Ensure a safe, positive, and nurturing environment
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or GED required
Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Compassion, patience & a desire to help others succeed
- Strong communication & organizational skills
